Waist size from 34' to 32' within 3 months?

i think its a great thing to achieve.. well..couple of things you need to know:

(1) All thecardio in the world won't help you unless you get your diet in order, so do the common-sense thing. Cut out soft drinks, fast food, junk food, and all the stuff you know is bad for you as much as possible and eat more lean meats, fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lowfat dairy products. Protein gives you the most bang for the buck when you're trying to reduce flab, so increase your protein intake too.

(2) With all the working out you'll be doing, you'll need to drink more water. Aim for at least one gallon per day. (3) If you're going to do cardio and strength training on the same day, do strength training first -- you'll get a much more effective workout.

(4) DO NOT EVER do more than 30 minutes of cardio -- it only takes about 30 minutes or so to burn out your glycogen stores, and once you do that you'll be burning muscle, not fat.

Follow this advice and you should have no problem getting that waist size down to 32" in three months (or less).

Good luck!
