Exercises to lose belly fat.

To burn fat, you have to create strong energy deficit in your body. It will be forced after that to recover this deficit, to replenish itself with energy and it will turn to the great energy resource – fat. It will start burning it to extract and supply energy for yourself.
The great thing about all that is that you can use specific exercises to create such a strong energy deficit that your body will be recovering it by burning fat during the following 48 hours while you sleep and eat.
Fat burning – all activities involving elevated heart rate. But the problem is that traditional cardio (steady moderate heart rate, jogging, for example) burns calories only while you do it. Intense heart rate for short time and then short rest – the formula for exercising in a way that creates post-workout burn. Like sprinting going all out.
